10 dishes to try in Las Vegas this month

2. Bacon Jam from Carson Kitchen, 124 S 6th St., Ste 100

Served with baked brie and toasted baguette, the bacon jam at Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas is a meal all its own. Plus, you can sit in the garden-style rooftop patio and literally jam while you enjoy the jam, with the help of live bands and DJ’s. 


3. Pop Rockin’ Roll at Kumi inside Mandalay Bay

This unique dish includes spicy tuna, crab, salmon, avocado and, yes, pop rocks. Pair it with a speciality cocktail from the in-house master mixologist.
